Forever Home Software exists on a web site. This enables group volunteers to enter data from wherever they have Internet access and a computer.

Data Collection

The main purpose of Forever Home Software is to enable you to store and share information collected by your volunteers as they handle the tasks of running your organization. The software enables you to store information about the following aspects of your group:

Customizable

Every rescue group has its own goals, needs, and personality. Because of this, Forever Home Software doesn't try to be a one-size-fits-some kind of service, but rather enables you to customize the software so that you are collecting only the information you want to collect and using the only features you want to use.

Open

We at Forever Home Software know that budgets shrink and expand over time in any group dependent on donations and other unpredictable sources of income. We also bleieve that your data is your data. Therefore, the service is built to enable you to take your data with you if you end up needing to leave (either temporarily or permanently). All data you enter can be downloaded to Microsoft Excel-compatible files at any time.

Blend with your web site

With minimal HTML skills, you can blend features of the software into your existing web site. For example, you can develop your adoption application on the Forever Home Software web site, and then have the form display on a web page on your web site. The information is stored in the Forever Home Software, which makes it available with the rest of your information.
